Happy Monday my lovelies!
I hope you all had a great weekend! I just got back from an amazing girlfriends getaway weekend filled with fun, laughs and wine! :)
Since we are officially in the swing of June, it's that time that I share with you a round up of my
May Favorites in beauty and skincare products!
May is my birthday month so aside from being my favorite month, I came across a lot of AMAZING products that I just can't get enough of!
Thank you so much for stopping and as always, happy shopping!!
Nioxin System 1 Cleanser and Conditioner: Every so often I get something in my monthly Glossybox that I fall completely in love with. That's exactly what happened when I got my May box and got this shampoo and conditioner from Nioxin. I love the way these products make my hair look, feel and smell! I have fine hair and it tends to get greasy quickly but this shampoo works wonders for me. There are a few different kinds of shampoo and conditioner in the line that'll fit any kind of hair type and they sell it right at Ulta! I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Degree MotionSense Ultraclear Deodorant: I don't know about you, but one of my pet peeves during the summer is when your underarm deodorant leaves white marks on your pretty summer dress! This Degree deodorant works wonders! Not only does it protect against white marks but it saves your pretty summer whites from those yucky yellow stains as well! Plus with the Motionsense technology, the more you move the more you're protected from sweat and odor.
Tatcha Indigo Soothing Rice Enzyme Powder: Curse you Sephora for your deluxe samples!! I always end up loving the samples and wind up purchasing the full sized product haha! I had heard a lot about this powder cleanser from Tatcha and didn't know if I would like it. Well guess what, I don't like it. I LOVE it!! It's so cool! After I wash my face with an oil cleanser, I get off any remaining makeup with this cleanser and my skin is insanely softer! Pour a little powder in your wet palm and mix with a little water and it'll foam up into a gentle cleanser.
Tarte Tarteist Mascara: This has been my go to mascara for the past two months. I has replaced my IT Cosmetics Superhero mascara! I love the definition and length its gives my lashes. It doesn't leave them clumpy and it separates each lash leaving my eyes looking like I have falsies on!
Make Up Forever Ultra HD Foundation (Shade: Y305): This is an oldie but a goodie! Since I started using my self tanner, I needed a darker foundation to match my face to my body haha! I had used this foundation last summer and dug it out again. I had forgotten how much I love this foundation! My face literally looks pore-less leaving me with a flawless finish. It photographs beautifully as well which is an added bonus! #selfie #nofilter ;)
MDSolarSciences Daily Eye Repair Emulsion: This eye emulsion is one of the best eye products that I have ever used. Not only does it smooth out any fine lines under your eyes but it also helps to correct any past sun damage as well. It helps to reduce puffiness, dark circles and redness leaving your eyes looking flawless. It is on the pricier end but a little bit goes a long way and you can truly see the difference.
Sunday Riley Good Genes and Luna Sleeping Night Oil: If you saw my Friday post, you'll already know why and how much I LOVE this Power Couple! Just like the MDSolarSciences Eye Emulsion, these products are on the pricier side! But I believe skincare in SO important and if you invest in that a little more, you won't have to use so much makeup to cover up your flawless skin. If you have heard about these products and were on the fence about trying them out, I highly recommend you trying them out! You will not be disappointed! My skin has never looked better! Good Genes is one of the top selling products at Sephora too!
Jeffree Star Skin Frost (King Tut) & BECCA x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Glow Palette: Okay, now I know I only got these palettes like a week ago, but all month long I had been waiting for these pretty babies to come out and now that I've got my hands on them, they have become my number one products this month in just a short period of time! I suggest you get to your local Sephora as quick as you possibly can on June 16th to get your hands on these Champagne Glow palettes!! Make sure you follow Jeffree Star on Instagram as well as Jaclyn Hill and BECCA to see when these gorgeous products are back in stock!
I hope you all enjoyed today's post! Let me know what some of your favorites were this May and if you have tried any of the products I have listed above.
Enjoy the rest of your week!
