Facial Friday (K-Beauty Review)

Friday, October 16

Happy FriYay!!!

We have come to the end of another week! I have a busy weekend ahead of me with lots of exciting things to do! :)

As you all saw on yesterday's post, I had gone to Sephora and purchased a few K-Beauty products that I wanted to try out and review for you all. Here's a look at my #FacialFriday review.

After cleansing my face, I applied the Tony Moly Egg Pore Blackhead Steam Balm

This treatment is really unique in that it is a self-heating balm that once rubbed into the skin, transforms into a gel that helps to soften the skin and remove any dirt and oil from your pores. This contains charcoal powder (a BIG trend at the moment) and sea salt that helps to combat blackheads and the egg white and egg yolk extracts work to hydrate the skin.

After massaging the the product into the areas where blackheads are a concern, mine is my nose, rinse off with warm water to reveal open and cleaned pores.

Next up I wanted to try out the Too Cool For School Egg Cream Mask.

I am a huge fan of sheet treatment masks so when I saw this one at Sephora I knew I had to try it out. Like I had mentioned last week in my DIY Pumpkin Face(Mask), egg whites are a great natural ingredient to use to help tighten the appearance of your skin. This mask makes that treatment a whole lot quicker and easier.

I applied and smoothed out the mask over my face and let it sit for 10-20 minutes. A bonus tip is to throw the packaged mask into the refrigerator 30 minutes before you use it so once the chilled mask is applied onto your face, the cold will help bring down any inflammation or puffiness.

I LOVE the way my face felt and looked after I took the mask off! Any redness I had disappeared and my skin felt a little tighter and more firm.

To finish off my K-Beauty #FacialFriday, I applied the Belif True Cream Aqua Bomb to my entire face. It has a fresh, almost minty smell to it which in itself is really refreshing. The gel-cream absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves my face feeling hydrated but not greasy.

I hope you all enjoyed today's post!

Let me know if you try out any of these products over the weekend!

Also make sure to check Sephora for any sample codes for these K-Beauty products. It's a great way to test things out without having to spend money on something you may not want to buy the full size of.

I hope you all had a great week and have an even better weekend!
