Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats #TastyTuesday

Happy Tasty Tuesday!

Today I am going to be sharing with you a quick and easy recipe I use to meal prep my breakfast for the week. I love making overnight oats because it is such an great healthy breakfast option for when you are on the go. Plus this recipe only calls for 5 simple ingredients! I usually make a fresh batch on Sunday night and it'll last me though the week. 

Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats

2 cups of Rolled Oats

1/4 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

2 scoops of Chocolate protein powder

1/2 Tbs. of Chia Seeds

2 cups of Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Combine all ingredients in a deep dish and cover.

 Place in the refrigerator overnight to let the oats rise and soak up the liquid. In the morning scoop out 1/2 cup serving and microwave until warm. 
I love topping mine with a sliced up banana :) This will keep you nice and full until lunchtime!
