FabFitFun Summer Box #MirrorMirrorMonday

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a great weekend!

Today I am sharing with you what I got in this season's FabFitFun box!
If you are new to my blog and have never heard of FabFitFun, it is a quarterly subscription box that comes at the start of every season. Summer is my most favorite time of the year and I always look forward to what this box has to offer. The boxed are chock full of goodies so the cost of the box is on the higher end ($49.99 four times a year) but it's definitely worth the price tag! Here's a look at what I got.

Even the box this month was so Summer cool!

Now for a look inside......

Summer & Rose Yoga Towel ($36)- This yoga mat is adorable! It has the texture of a terry cloth towel but it's super thin and perfect for a workout on the go or a trip to the beach! The colors are gorgeous too! So summery! I love the little mantra on the mat as well; More Happy, Less Worry.

Trina Turk Canvas Tote ($55) - This is the PERFECT beach bag! It screams summer with the words Sunshine & Saltwater on it. It makes me want to pack my bags and head down to the shore! It super spacious and can hold a lot of goodies. This tote was designed exclusively for FabFitFun.

Betchsicles Ice Pop Molds ($19)- If you don't follow the @Betches IG account already, it is a must! Such a funny page! The Betches teamed up with FFF to make these super cute Ice Pop molds that look just like little Champagne bottles. I love taking fresh pressed juice and putting them in these molds for a healthy Summer treat!

Stemulation Daily Micro Derm Scrub ($34)- This yummy citrus scrub can be used on your face and body. It's the perfect way to end a hot Summer day with a nice cool shower and a refreshing citrus exfoliating scrub to renew & reenergize your skin. Say "Hello" to that sexy Summer glow!

Osea Atmosphere Protection Cream ($48)- I have quickly fallen in love with this super lightweight moisturizer! It protects your skin from dehydration and sun damage plus, it creates a protective barrier on the skin. It also can double as a makeup primer! It's make with sea algae and is completely Vegan! I am interested in seeing what other products the line has to offer thats how much I love this one product!

FFF Everyday Beach Waves Spray ($18)- I wish I could spray this all over my body! It smells so good! This spray gives just the right amount of texture to your hair without making it sticky or heavy.  You'll like like a Mermaid with your beautiful beachy waves. This is another product designed specially for FabFitFun.

Passport to Beauty Gypset Luminous Lips ($18)- This isn't any ordinary lip gloss, it's infused with Vitamin E to save your lips from the drying Summer sun and the color gives your lips just the right amount of color. See the picture below for a glimpse at how it looks on the lips. I got the color Free Spirit.

There are always a few bonus items thrown in the box as well. I received a code for $35 Off my first Hello Fresh Box, which is a meal prep service. I got a free sample and $3 Off coupon for Compeed Instant Blister Relief, which btw works amazingly well!! These little crushing bandage blister covers work wonders and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs some blister relief! Last but not least I got two samples of the new Burt's Bees BB Cream. This stuff is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I promise you I did NOT retouch the pictures below! This stuff made my skin look flawless! I used up the two samples and then ran out to purchase the full size product. Plus they gave me two $3 coupons so how could I resist. Flawless skin and SPF protect, I'm all for it!

Total Box Value: $228!!!!!

I was VERY happy with this season's box! I will be putting all of these items to good use!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great week!

Updated Skincare Routine #FacialFriday

Happy Friday my lovelies!

Today I am sharing with you my updated skincare routine!
It's been a few months since the last time I shared my routine with you and in that time it's changed quite a bit. I take a lot of pride in taking care of my face and tend to splurge a little more on my skincare items. Remember, the most important thing is to find the products that work best for your skin's needs and concerns. My skin tends to be more on the normal side, where I'm drier on the outer part of my face and my T-zone and be a little oily. Without further adieu, here's a look at my skincare routine.

Morning Routine:

Step 1: Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser-First things first, I alway wash my face as soon at I get up. I love this cleanser! Not only does it smell like strawberries but it is a beautiful refreshing cleanser that doesn't strip my skin and helps to brighten & even out my skin tone as well. Plus I can be used as a quick facial mask to amp up the brightening effect.

Step 2: Fresh Umbrian Clay Purifying Facial Toner- To replenish my skins moisture levels after washing I love to tone my face. The clay in this product helps to keep oil at bay but at the same time refreshes my skin and minimizes the appearance of my pores.

Step 3: MD Solar Sciences Daily Eye Repair Emulsion- It's SO important to apply your eye cream FIRST before any kind of treatments. Not only does does it apply a barrier around your eyes to protect them from other facial products potentially burning your eyes but your hands will be clean so you won't get anything by your eyes that may burn them. I love this eye emulsion. It literally makes my fine lines around my eyes disappear!

Step 4: Sunday Riley Good Genes- I talked about this product a few weeks ago and it has quickly become a skincare staple! I swear this stuff is like magic in a tube! I literally felt and saw it working the first night I applied it! It keeps my acne breakouts at bay and also has brightened my skin significantly!

Step 5: Tatcha Pore Perfecting Sunscreen- Last but not least is my SPF! This product blurs my skin, protects my face and acts as a primer for my makeup. This product is so worth the price tag and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new SPF and makeup primer.

 Night Routine:

Step 1: Neutrogena Ultra Light Cleansing Oil- I have been doing a double cleanse at night for quite some time and I wouldn't wash my face any other way! I apply this oil based cleanser to dry skin and it melts away all my makeup. Its super lightweight and gets off all the dirt and impurities from the day.

Step 2: Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Deep Dive Cleaning Gel- The second part of my double cleanse is this gel cleanser. This face wash gets rid of what ever makeup and dirt the oil cleanser didn't take off. The gel also helps to control the oil in my T-zone without drying out the rest of my face.

Step 3: Fresh Umbrian Clay Purifying Facia Toner- Like I said above, I like to use a toner after washing to restore my skins moisture levels.

Step 4: Target Brand Eye Makeup Remover- I only use this eye makeup remover to get rid of any stubborn mascara that's left under my eyes. I apply a little to a Q-tip and wipe away the left over mascara.

Step 5: MD Solar Sciences Daily Eye Repair Emulsion- Again I always apply my eye cream before any serums or moisturizers. I like using an eye cream thats in a pump. It keeps the product sanitary and keeps them potent as well because you aren't exposing them to the air like in a jar.

Step 6: Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Oil (every other night)- Since I am in my late 20's, I believe it is important to take preventive measures in aging. One of the best things to start with is a retinol. This magic ingredient helps to reduce pore size and fight wrinkles. This product is great because the retinol is combined with an oil so it is less drying where retinol alone can dry your skin out. I like using this every other night for a nice balance to my skincare routine.

I hope you all enjoyed today's post. Let me know what some of your favorite skincare products are and if you have tried any of the products listed above.

Have a great weekend and thank you for all your continued support!!

June Glossybox Reveal! #MirrorMirrorMonday

Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a great week and enjoyed their Father's Day with their dads!

Today I am going to be sharing with you what I got in my June Glossybox!

This month's box was inspired by the Tony Awards. Every product was picked to help you look Red Carpet ready.

Icona Milano- Emotion Allowed Mascara: This is a waterproof mascara. I don't really like wearing waterproof mascara because it's a little harsh on my eye lashes. I also have A LOT of mascara. This is one product that I will be giving away.

LA Splash- Lip Lacquer High Pigment Collection: This lip gloss is RED. It's a little much for me. I prefer more of a nude lip. I gave this one to my mom haha she look better in these colors than me :)

Sebastian Professional- Dark Oil: I will also be giving this sample away. My hair is more on the oily side so I don't really like to use oil treatments on my hair. I will be giving this product away to a friend as well.

Sebastian Professional- Shaper Fierce: Now this Hairspray works really well. It is also the perfect size to keep in my handbag for a quick hair fix on the go. It really locks your hair in place.

Caolion- Pore Blackhead O2 Sparkling Soap: This soap is a pretty cool concept. It's a blackhead exfoliator, it controls sebum and it hydrates and soothes the skin as well. I haven't tried it out yet but I will defiantly be giving this a shot. I have heard good things about the Caolion brand and I am excited to try this out. It's like a double cease all in one bar.

LUE by Jean Seo- Clear: This blemish treatment works amazingly well!! It has 12 potent herbs in it that help to fight a breakout the minute you feel it coming on. I really like this treatment!

TanTowel- Half Body Classic: I was SUPER excited when I saw this product. I have been wanting to try these TanTowels out for s long time and now I have the opportunity to try it! Plus they gave me a code for $20 Off my purchase. I will let you know how I like them!

All in all I wasn't super excited about this box. Not to say that the products aren't good but they really weren't things that I would use except for the TanTowel and the LUE Clear treatment. Fingers crossed that the July Box has more things I will use haha!
